Easy Spicy Green Beans

  • 1-2 lbs fresh green beans

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek

  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Cut the ends off your green beans, and cut to desired size.

Peel and thinly slice garlic.

Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sambal oelek in a small dish.

Add canola oil to pan, heat over medium high heat and add green beans. Sautee for 5-6 minutes until starting to soften.

Add garlic, continue to sautee for 1 minute.

Add sauce, combine, and sautee until green beans are soft, about 5-10 more minutes.

The Bullshit

Had some green beans lying around and wanted something close to what I remember having at Chinese restaurants. Threw some sauces together i had in my fridge and pantry. Had some garlic too. Made these. They’re good.
