The Recipe
Everyday Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup water or juice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp spirulina
1/2 tsp matcha
big handful of spinach
3 fruits of your choice, chopped
ice
To the bottom of the blender, add your water or juice (whatever you have on hand)
Add your powders, and top that with a big handful of spinach to keep the powder down
Cut up whatever fruit you have laying around, I’ve yet to find a combo that doesn’t work (but feel free to challenge that!).
Top with ice.

The Bullshit
Got a fancy blender for my birthday this year so I’ve been making smoothies basically every day. I’m a health person or something now. If you want to also get in on that smoothie life, try this.
I used to do this with frozen fruit, but fresh fruit really does make a difference. Bonus, fruit doesn’t really go bad in the house anymore because I’m shoving the leftover stuff into a blender in the morning. Double health person.
