Aji Verde(ish)

The Recipe

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 4 jalapenos

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or equivalent hot sauce)

  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

Add everything into a blender and blend until you like the consistency

The Bullshit

When you’re looking for a little bit more heat and a bit more creaminess than your usual salsa verde, make this one instead.

Goes great on:

  • Chicken

  • Pork

  • Shrimp

  • Sweet Potatoes
