Caper Tartar Sauce

The Recipe

• 1 lemon, juiced

• 1/4 cup capers, chopped

• small bunch of fresh dill

• mayo

• salt and pepper

Squeeze lemon into a small bowl, chop your capers and dill, and add that to the lemon juice.

Add mayo and whisk with a fork until you have the consistency you want.

Salt and pepper to taste

The Bullshit

Any time I make fish, my kid asks if i also made “The Sauce.” This is that sauce. Its so unbelievably easy, and it’s way better than anything you’re going to get in a bottle.

Put it on fish, potatoes, wherever you like tartar sauce. You can even use it on nicer fish and say it’s not tartar sauce so you can feel classy.
