Lemon Miso Vinaigrette

The Recipe

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp white miso

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • handful of chopped fresh dill

Combine the lemon juice, rice vinegar, white miso, and honey in a bowl, whisk until smooth

Slowly drizzle and whisk in olive oil, and it should thicken up a bit

Sprinkle in the dill and give it a few more stirs

The Bullshit

Turns out you can just put a viinaigrette on like vegetables and its really good.

Goes great on:

  • Vegetables (Asparagus, Broccoli, etc)

  • Pasta

  • Couscous (which is basically pasta)

  • Salad
